What GLP-1 clinics actually charge

133 of 1,652 clinics publish a monthly price · updated August 2026

Most GLP-1 pricing coverage quotes list prices from Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly, or the marketing pages of a handful of telehealth companies. This page reports something different: what the clinics themselves put in writing. GLPFinders crawls the website of every clinic in its directory and records a monthly price only when the amount sits beside a named GLP-1 medication on the clinic's own page.

The headline finding is how rarely a price is published at all. Of 1,652 website-confirmed clinics, 218 disclose any monthly figure — 13% of the directory. Everyone else asks you to call.

The spread is the story. The cheapest listed program costs $99 a month and the most expensive $900 — a 9× difference for medications that, at the same dose, are the same drug. Half of the clinics that publish a price sit between $166 and $350.

By state

States are listed by how many of their clinics publish a price, not by how many clinics they have. A single-clinic row is one clinic's price, not a market rate.

What these numbers do and do not mean

A published price is not a quote. Clinics differ in what the monthly figure covers: some include the medication, some bill it separately through a pharmacy, and some quote an introductory month that rises at higher doses. Lab work and the initial consultation are frequently extra. Two clinics can advertise $199 and charge very different amounts by the third month.

The sample is also self-selected. Clinics that publish a price are more likely to be competing on price, so these figures probably sit below what the silent majority charges. Nothing here is adjusted, weighted, or estimated — every number is a count of clinics that put a figure in public.

Prices are re-checked when a clinic's listing is re-crawled, and each clinic page shows when its price was last confirmed and links to the page it came from. Mistakes happen; if you find one, the corrections page explains how to get it fixed.

Method

Prices are read from each clinic's own website. An amount is recorded only when it appears within 150 characters of a named GLP-1 medication and the surrounding text names that medication too; market commentary such as “typical cost” or “ranges from” is rejected, and generic “weight loss” wording is not accepted as the anchor, because it attaches unrelated prices to GLP-1 listings. Multi-location chains must name the specific city before any of their details are used. The full collection process is on the methodology page, and field-by-field completeness for the whole directory is on the data page.
